Guinness has been in advertising for 80 years. From an early age, Guinness always knew he wanted to work in "The Business." Despite his great age, he feels like he's still only 11ish and attributes this to the job and colleagues that keep him young at heart! His determination and creativity in achieving his goals have become renowned, and despite the occasional rebuff, usually succeeds. Guinness' biggest challenge at present is the entry carpet.
